"Katie is incredible! She has such a vision to capture the love between you, your partner, and family! She makes sure she gets plenty of pictures in different settings. I never felt rushed or nervous- she makes everybody feel so special. AND HER PICTURES ARE BEAUTIFUL! I can’t say enough about her and recommend her 1000%! She took our engagement photos and we are also having her take our wedding photos in August!"

Madi + Ben

 Can’t say enough amazing things!!

Make this customized all to YOU! There is nothing better than having someone look at your photographs and say, "oh my gosh, that is SO you!" Not only will you be in your element visually, but mentally too! Finding a location/ activity to partake in for your engagement shoot will allow you to feel most comfortable and be most authentically you, which is of course what we want more than anything!

    Right here in Maine we have mountains, forests, flowers, coastline, beaches, fields, waterfalls, and so on! And that is all just the natural beauty Maine has to offer...there are lists of activities and what not that we shouldn't squash! Are you two roller bladers? Great , lets capture it! Water junkies? Perfect, I'll hop on my paddle board and meet you out there! Really what I'm saying is, don't dream on a small scale. You think you have a crazy idea? Try me. (;

-Earth tones are good always. This means burnt oranges, reds, mustard yellow, dark yellows, browns, tans, and forest greens.
-If one of you is going to have a pattern then the other should be in a solid! Too many patterns can get a little messy, so either have the same pattern on or have a solid with a pattern to offset it.
-Flowy is a YES. If flowy type clothing speaks to you, whether these are bubble sleeves that flow in the wind or a dress, skirt, pant, whatever! They photograph really beautifully and allows for some fun.
-If you're wanting to do a outfit change, bring a casual and a dressy. That way you have images that show yourselves in 2 different scenes of life.

frequently asked questions

I sure do! If you choose to have a second photographer I have a few that I frequently work with, so no need for you to worry about finding someone, I've got that covered! How it works is we align our settings so that our photo quality is the same and then I take the card home after and edit them all as one big event! So even though it's another person shooting with me, you still receive the same quality, style, and edit that you loved.

If your event is within driving distance but more than 30 miles from my home, then I charge the current IRS mileage rate past that 30 mile radius. If this is a further destination event I research the average cost of lodging, flights, and car rental in the area and add that into your final quote so it's all included in one price.

I SURE DO! You can click here to view my dream list!

Do you have go to second photographers? How does that all work?

How much is your travel fee?

 Do you have a travel list of places where the travel fees wouldn't apply?

How does the deposit work?

Before I collect a deposit, I will first send out your contract where you can electronically sign and make sure all the information is correct. Upon signing that contract is when I request the 50% non-refundable deposit. I never ever want money to be the reason we can't work together so I always welcome payment plans for my couples if needed. If you want to pay the deposit in full, you're welcome to! If not, then please know I have the payment already set up to be collected in increments where you will be alerted when the payment is due in chunks vs. all at once.
